Whoever what working the phone on 02/13/26 was being beyond rude. What’s the point in delivery if they won’t do it when you’re TEN MINS AWAY. I called again and gave a closer address and they still told me no. I called AGAIN and they just hung up on me. Whoever was working tonight didn’t want money, and didn’t want to do their job. I highly discourage anyone to come here. Seriously unbelievable a pizza place, according to him can’t deliver 10mins away from their shop for 80$ lol.

We placed a delivery order and watched the tracker show the pizza being prepared and marked as “on the way.” We then received an email from Domino’s stating the delivery would not be completed. Despite this, we were only offered a free breadsticks coupon instead of a full refund... even though we had already used a breadsticks coupon on that order. When we contacted the store, we were met with rudeness and repeatedly accused of lying and trying to get a free pizza, despite Domino’s own email confirming the delivery failure. The store refused to issue a refund and was unwilling to resolve the issue. We later learned the delivery was outsourced to a third-party service, which was not clearly disclosed, and Domino’s did not take responsibility when that delivery failed. As a result, we were forced to pursue a chargeback with our bank. Domino’s then fought the chargeback for over a month. This was our second poor delivery experience with this location. Between the lack of transparency, refusal to take accountability, and disrespectful treatment, we will not be returning and dont recommend others do either.
