couldn’t ask for worse service. went in at 8:45pm and sat tgeee for 10 minutes on end. not a single word from them. and as i drive away i look at the window and see a middle finger. very disappointed

We ordered 1 hamburger,french fried, a drink, ranch and 1 ice cream, the girl at the drivethru window should give us back our change $7 something but she just gave us $5 and say nothing, nothing explained ,so we know something not right and my husband said to the girl that there is still more $2 that you should give me she said “ let me ask my manager “ . ???? What ??? And explain that they short in $1 bill. Which is ok but they should explain that to us instead of keep silent acting like they gave us all enough change!!! Lucky us that we recognize there is missing bill because sometimes we not look at what they give us back!!!! PLUS we asked for ranch to go with the burger, she gave us a small container of ranch with not even half of the small cup!???? Very disappointed!Too bad customer service

How do u not have ice cream when your a literally an ice cream place. On top of that, when u tell ppl u don’t have ice cream on the drive thru, u still have to sit in line and wait because you can’t go around. What a joke of an establishment . I’ll never be back.

The employees weren't wearing gloves, didn't flip the blizzard or wipe it off so it dripped all down my door on both the in and outside, and the ranch for my chicken tenders was partially curdled. When I called about these issues just to let the manager know it was an issue "Travis" the manager on duty, from what I was told, didn't know what curdled meant and ignored the second part of me stating the ranch was bad. He asked if I was having a bad day and tried to place it on me. He then said I didn't have to be mean. I told him a food manager should know what curdled means (especially when you deal with dairy!). He started saying they could have accommodated me. I tried to tell him before that, that I was only trying to inform him of issues so it could get fixed as they are health code violations for gloves and serving bad product but he cut me off and focused only on the curdled bit and me being "mean". I hung up as I've been in the food industry for 12 years, and arguing with managers like him is useless if they won't listen. Definitely won't be back.
