I went there bc chipotle is my favorite place to go after work. I started to order and she looked at me with a dirty look and whispered something onto her coworkers ear and started laughing at me. I don’t know how places like that can hire someone so unprofessional and prideful. I will be no longer getting food from there and I will tell my peers to not go to that chipotle no more. I was a loyal customer but because of that I will no longer be going there. Do a better job finding better staff.

I let them know that so they could wash their hand and change gloves. Eric was the employee helping me. He seemed unsure of what to do exactly. He looked over his shoulder and Melanie and was double checking what to do. She explained what to do and let me tell you it is above and beyond what any other Chipotle I have been to has done. She had him switch out the utensils of the items we were gonna use on the hot side and pull out new containers of the stuff we were gonna use on the cold side. I appreciate the time and effort given by both Melanie and Eric! It was a great experience!

If you want to experience service with a side of attitude, wait until she’s around. She acts like the fact she hates her job is your fault and won’t miss a chance to take it out on you. The portions they serve are laughably small, leaving you wondering if it’s a joke. To top it off, I actually saw her sneeze all over the food—completely disgusting. Unless you enjoy dining in a hostile and unsanitary place, find somewhere else.
