- JBjosue barberanFeb 7, 20261.0The manager Tyler has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life, I’m a business owner and I put my customers first all the time, no matter what! I ordered a burrito, the rice portion was the tiniest I’ve ever had, the chicken was also such a small portion that I had to order double chicken and still was a very small scoop, I asked Tyler if I could have a little bit more chicken cause I didn’t think that that was the extra chicken I was paying for and he responded to me with the most ridiculous, girly and stupid tone. I’m not the only person that has complains about him, other people had mentioned to me about him being the most bitchy and annoying person to deal with and I can tell why. I don’t like leaving bad reviews because what goes around comes around but as a business owner that deals with all kinds of customers everyday I would never give attitude to my customers, respect and tolerance comes first in customer service. Food was great as usual, all the other team member were fantastic and very friendly, but Tyler have no idea what customer service is.
