When my order is ready, the female cashier who grabs my paper bag and look at me like I owe her something and the guy prep the salsa stares me like I kissed his girlfriend. Why?

She has messed up my order, been rude, over charged by adding things I didn't even order, forgotten to place items in my bag, and gives incredibly small portions. She is an irredeemable employee and truly goes out of her way to ruin people's day.
