I’ve always loved 7 Brew so I hate to give my experience at this location a 3 stars rating. The line was extremely long so we were hesitant to join it, but we saw there was a promo for a free T shirt. We are fans of 7 Brew and thought a shirt from there would be great so we got in line. It’s very impressive how quickly you go through such a long line. Zero complaints there. When we ordered and paid, the employee left immediately. No mention of a T shirt. We tried calling out to the employees to ask how to earn one but the music was too loud to hear us. I have no problem with their music, it’s great but in this case it was unfortunate. When we pulled up to get our drinks, we asked how to get one and we were informed that if we bought large drinks, we would get one. My boyfriend and I got mediums and would have definitely gotten large drinks had we been informed while ordering. We kindly told the employee that they should mention that to people ordering because some of us got in the large line for a shirt. Employee just flatly said if we wanted a t shirt we would have to get to back of the line and buy new drinks to get one. She didn’t even apologize for the confusion and inconvenience. As someone who has worked in customer service for almost a decade, this was highly disappointing. I just wish while ordering, the employee said “oh, if you order a large, you can get a free shirt!” But then we couldn’t get someone available to ask. Then when we finally were able to ask there was zero apology or even an attempt to decrease our disappointment and frustration. Honestly, we would have bought another drink on the spot just to get a t shirt but apparently that wasn’t an option either? I hate to give this bad review over t shirts but it’s the bad customer service for us. We weren’t informed, couldn’t get employees’ attention, didn’t get an apology, and there was no attempt to solve the situation. But we got through the long line in 15 minutes and the drinks were great.

My boyfriend and I went on the first day they opened. He got one of the Christmas special drinks, and I got a regular iced latte. We both got food poisoning from the drinks. Not even a few hours later, I had a terrible stomachache and headache and he was vomiting all night. Not to mention that they didn’t even get our drinks right. I understand the staff is new, so I can let the incorrect drink slide, but regardless of the amount of time a food place has been opened, the drinks should not be causing food poisoning.

Everyone was super nice! They all had smiles on their faces and were super kind! Service was speedy! Definitely recommend and will be coming back. Also, try the island dream energy it’s so good
This was our first time at a 7 brew. We wanted to step out of our comfort zone and give it a try. We weren’t given a chance to look at a menu or anything. The lady taking our order was very sweet, somewhat knowledgeable about drinks, and was welcoming. She did recommend the 7 originals, which was great. but when we pulled up to pay with cash, the lady taking our money was kind of rude, had no smile, and didn’t make it seem like she wanted to be there. She had to walk away a few times, would go in and say something about us, everyone would look. Wasn’t a very pleasant first experience at a 7 brew. Wouldn’t go back to this location
