  They’re deleting 1 star reviews. I posted Sunday because their employees intentionally made my drink wrong. I ordered a strawberry matcha, the other emplies were laughing when she brought my drinks. I was given an entire cup of strawberry milk with a shot of CINNAMON in it. This could have killed someone and made the entire drink inedible. I obviously didn’t ask it to be re made as they would have probably put something even more gross in my drink.

  I had a disappointing experience at Seven Brew. The service was unprofessional from the start. The employee helping me walked away mid-interaction to yell at another staff member, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. I ordered a brew frost cream on top, but it was made with cold foam instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee responded rudely and simply poured cream over the existing cold foam rather than remaking the drink properly. Overall, the service felt careless and dismissive. I hope management addresses these issues because the experience did not reflect good customer service standards.

  Super speedy service, with very upbeat and kind humans! I love how inclusive they are with their hiring too! Yummy drinks and great prices too! Will def be back!

  Love love LOVE 7 brew. We go here all the time to get their Nightshade energy. Super yum. Its always packed when we come too. My only complaint is their line management when their lines are super long. There are times when they will provide fast service for one line while ignoring the other which can be frustrating when your in the later line. Also when the lines get too long, with the design of their parking lot, it tends to block the exit for completed orders causing a stand still. Granted there isn't much they can do about that, but just an observation. Regardless, their employees always provide service with a smile and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Also their pup cups are fantastic. Huge fan
