  God forbid they can travel another 100' to a house "outside" of their delivery range. The 4-5$ charge doesn't help either.

  After a long day of road tripping, I needed quick dinner for a tired car full of people. I did a quick online order and our food was hot and ready when I arrived like 12 minutes later. I was greeted by the employee and she was quick to compile my order and send me on my way. She even offered plates, which were really handy to have in the hotel room! Food was excellent and great quality for Dominos Pizza!

  So I placed order online and waited for food and system has yet to change from old number to new number. But I call and ask where food is as it says delivered and they say can't find my oder and that I gave wrong address. All information was correct but the number and never even tried the call box to tell me pizza was here. Instead they marked as delivered and drove away with my pizza. Then when called that's when lady try to tell me my address and number are wrong and like stated the only incorrect information was number. Like do they not know apartments have call boxes to inform of delivery. Now been almost an hour and still no food and probably by time I get it, I'll have cold food that I'll have to reheat for a hot meal. Really disappointed in service and how I was talked to on the phone and lady telling me that my address is wrong and basically yelled at me when address was correct.

  Really disappointed with my Domino’s order today. I paid extra for pinpoint delivery and expected decent quality, but the pizza arrived with missing toppings and overall it just wasn’t up to the mark. What made it worse was the customer service — when I called the store to explain the issue, the person on the phone was very rude and actually hung up on me. I called again hoping to resolve it, but the response was still disrespectful and dismissive. As a regular customer, I honestly expected much better service and basic courtesy. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
