  This used to be our favorite DQ. Food was good and service was good. But the last few months have really went down hill. Slow service in the drive thru, blizzards not mixed well, food cold. Tonight I had to repeat my order 3 times and still got it wrong. Cheeseburger was good and hot, but fries were cold and old. Don't know what has changed, but hope it gets better.

  There are not enough employees hired at this location. Everyone is working as hard as they can, but most of the time it looks like only two or three people are working per shift. This is something the company has to invest in. I’ve waited multiple times 30+ minutes for a single order of food. I’ve left before with no food as it just isn’t realistic to wait half an hour for fast food. Keep in mind I order on the app to avoid waits.

  Awful. Watched food being made hamburger microwaved. Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. Not impressed
