  Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Lincoln. Every time I come here, there’s an issue. The staff seems disorganized and not on the same page. I was asked multiple times what my order was and who it was for, like nothing was being tracked properly. Then I was told to pull around and wait 10 minutes because my order “hadn’t shown up in the system,” which doesn’t make sense from a customer standpoint—that’s something the staff should be managing, not pushing onto the customer. On top of that, the environment felt unprofessional. The cook in the back was loud and laughing the entire time, which came across like they weren’t taking things seriously. Overall, it just feels sloppy and inconsistent every visit. Definitely needs better organization and more professional customer service.

  I placed an order on the app. They had not even seen the order when I arrived to pick it up and it took 30 minutes to complete. After receiving the order they forgot my fries. Horrible service. Will not go back. Do NOT recommend.

  Very dirty, every table was dirty and we were there at 1145am so my impression is that the closers didn't wipe tables. Food took a while, we were waiting over 15 mins at least. I've included a pic.of.the fries my son got that they said was normal for a kids meal.

  I ordered a small caramel shake for myself and a blizzard for the hubs tonite. The server handed the blizzard to without tipping it over, then handed me my shake and closed the window without so much as a thank-you. Then I find out my caramel shake is thin and runny and tastes more like vanilla than anything. I could see bits of caramel around the bottom of the cup but even after stirring well, it didn't taste any different. My splurge for the night was totally ruined by a tasteless product and rude server. And the only reason we went to Dairy Queen was because Zesto was closed and Culvers was super busy. Won't be going back to Dairy Queen, at least not to this one.

  I placed a cake order in advance for pickup on February 14 at 12:00 PM. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the cake was not ready. I was informed by the manager that they no longer have someone on site to make cakes and that the order had been overlooked. As a result, I left empty-handed at 12:00 PM — with a birthday party starting at 12:30 PM. I had to rush elsewhere at the last minute to purchase a cake, which was extremely stressful and a major inconvenience. What was most disappointing was the lack of ownership or meaningful apology from the manager. No alternatives were offered, and there didn’t seem to be any urgency to help resolve the situation. Ordering ahead is supposed to prevent exactly this type of issue. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations and created unnecessary stress on an important day.
