  Girl behind the counter had no personality and made it seem as though it was terrible to have to wait on anyone. Gave me about half the chicken because it was getting low. Had to pay for double meat so I had adequate amount of meat. Asked to have my burrito mixed. They didn’t! Is it too much to ask for to have all the ingredients in each bite? Guacamole is only in one corner of the burrito and same with the sour cream. I’m sorry but when you are paying extra for chicken and extra for guacamole I would expect for it to be enjoyable. Won’t be back to this location.

  Chipotle is my favorite place to eat but this location never cooks the rice right! It’s always hard and undercooked

  I had a very bad experience at chipotle tonight that made me write the first bad review in my life. I had a long day at work and was super hungry. I ask a girl at the counter to make me a burrito and she barely puts anything in it. She then tries folding my burrito with everything in it, but can’t. She asks her manager who isn’t being super helpful in showing her how to do things to get her a new burrito. I don’t know why she couldn’t walk over there herself. She then dumps out everything in my burrito shell into a new burrito shell and serves it to me. I paid $18 for this burrito to get barely anything in it and someone who can’t even fold a burrito to make it! Her manager had to fold it for her! After her manager had finished wrapping the burrito, she asks me what was in it so she could mark it with a sharpie. She literally just made it and didn’t know what was in the burrito. I tell her steak, she marks it with an S and then blankly stares at her busy manager for what to do next. Hand me my damn burrito in a bag! That’s all you had to do! I end up having to reach over the counter to take my burrito while she’s just staring over at her manager. This damn burrito was not worth $18 and it doesn’t taste all that good. Bad place to get dinner after a long day at work. I bit my tongue the whole time but this was a ridiculous experience. It cannot be this hard to make a burrito. Also as I’ve been eating the burrito there’s hard chunks of what I think are beans that I’ve been having to spit out.

  This has to be the worst Chipotle in Nebraska. They had a line to the door at lunch, but instead, they were filling catering orders and online orders from their line. I ordered something easy when I *finally* got up there, and they "didnt know where it was". Close this place down.

  The entire restaurant was filthy. The spoons had some sort of sticky on them. The line was gross including a gallon of milk left out for who knows how long without a lid on it. The food was cold. They completely ran out of chicken so my son couldn't have his protein with his kid's meal. Overall horrible experience. My son kept saying it was so bad he lost his appetite... And he loves Chipotle more than any other food.
