  Coffee is always good when I go, maybe not $10 a large good but i go frequently, and even when the one on 54th and O is full of cars, I get fast service. I was late from waiting for the people at 27th to make one cars order. I was in the lane, the only other car, and they kept looking at me through the window and chatting and walking around but never even attempted to take my order and I waited 15 minutes. I guess that's what you get when you exclusively hire teens and trust them to run a business unsupervised at 530 am. I already pay for large coffees all week and tip the person for holding a tablet and chewing gum apparently every time. Thanks for nothing. I will not revisit this location again.

  So I’m new to 7Brew and been coming maybe a month or so and today we came thru to order the usual and the girl that took our order was VERY rude and didn’t seem to know the military discount. I told her I’ve been coming all month and to look at my account to see what I been paying to show indeed there is a discount for us vets. She was just nasty about things and thru the card reader in my face for payment after I showed her the button to use. I then drove forward to get my drinks and JOSH was there with a friendly smile and positive attitude! I told him what happened and he said he would tell the manager so hopefully it don’t happen again and he went over and beyond giving me a coupon for my next order. I thought that was great on his behalf and wanted to let the team know more employees should handle things like he did! So great job Josh I’ll be back because of you and hope that girl gets information on how the military discount is applied so she don’t embarrass other vets! By the way the coffee is great I love the sweet and salty 🥰

  I go to this location every day. Sometimes 2 times! They know my order by heart and all of the employees are so happy and positive. It's a great way to start the day! I'm grateful for this location and for the workers who take time to spread kindness into this world. Josh, Veronica, Olivia, Liz, Elijah and all the others(trying to learn everyone's names), YOU ROCK!🫶☀️

  Every time I have gone to this location specifically my drink is made wrong. I started asking for a fresh energy can because it is always flat and they never use one, my drink never has any carbonation. But when I go to the 27th street location I never have this problem. I am going to completely stop going to this location.

  Maybe these guys don’t know how to make hot coffee. First time here since they open early for a hot coffee, and it was a bit worse than the gas station one. Plus, the mugs were not convenient at all; price: $4.77. I would rather go to the mill if it were open. But they have nice customer service and center location.
