  I tried out this place for the first time. The employee was helping me find a drink I was interested in.l that also would not include allergens. Unfortunately, I was told one drink was dairy free, so I ordered it. I looked on the website later to see but could not find any information. I do not believe it was diary free after drinking it. It also was way too sweet for me, that I only was able to drink part of it. I think the flavor profile would be great without the intense amount of sweetness. The employee was still very kind and may have been newer. I did appreciate her help trying to find a drink.

  people were very nice and line moved quickly but I dont think they made my drink right! It had no flavor! Went to the other 7brew in Lincoln down the street and same thing happened. They may be known for quick lines but they need to slow down and actually make the drink properly.

  I have gone to 7 brews on O Street 5 days a week since the day they opened. The blended Blondie is the one! Stay is always so nice!

  I had a disappointing experience at Seven Brew. The service was unprofessional from the start. The employee helping me walked away mid-interaction to yell at another staff member, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. I ordered a brew frost cream on top, but it was made with cold foam instead. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee responded rudely and simply poured cream over the existing cold foam rather than remaking the drink properly. Overall, the service felt careless and dismissive. I hope management addresses these issues because the experience did not reflect good customer service standards.
