I stopped in for lunch today and had a mixed experience. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, which I appreciated. I went up to the register to order, but no one ever came over to help. It was clearly the lunch rush, so it seemed like the team may have been a bit understaffed.
After waiting for a bit, I ended up just taking a seat and placing my order through the app at 11:29 AM. My sandwich was ready at 11:40 AM, and it was great as always. The food quality was exactly what I expect from Jimmy John’s.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it would have been nice to be able to order at the counter instead of having to switch to the app. Hopefully it was just a busy moment and not the usual experience.

My family orders Jimmy John’s often, and this last time I noticed my combo was missing the chips. I called the store and spoke with Josh, who immediately expressed genuine concern and a real desire to make it right. He told me he would bring the chips to my home, and he did(even adding an extra bag).
His enthusiasm for great customer service was so refreshing. Josh arrived with a smile and such a well-mannered, kind demeanor that the whole experience honestly made my day.

Just wanted to give this location a shoutout - was starving today at like 10:45am, car is in the shop, nothing in the fridge at work, so I put an order for a good 'ol #16 with extra mayo.
I used to work at JJ's for a couple years so I know when things are on point and this sandwich was super on point. Bread was cash money (shout out to the manager), there's ACTUALLY extra mayo on it, everything didn't spill out of the side when you ate it, and it got here nice and quick.
All around just a great job keep it up ya'll! It's always great from this location just felt like giving some love today!
