  Condescending worker had to explain that the side door's been open for 8 months her dashers even though the other doors are closed. If you want people to go in the side door make a note for the dashers don't be condescendingly rude like we're supposed to read your mind

  Some of the food was edible. I ordered a chalupa and it tasted very sour, like one of the ingredients was old or had gone bad. But the worse part was how filthy the condiment cart was. The grub on the cart looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANTS. You’re a chain that is open until after midnight, you should have plenty of time to clean.

  Horrible place to even come and eat! This location makes food without wearing gloves! Employees don’t wash their hands regularly as required! Employees eat food multiple times on the line without wearing gloves! Employees have been seen multiple times on their phone on the food line!!! Employees have been seen cussing out a customer because the customer come in with their order incorrect and wanted it made right!!! The lobby is dirty and very unsanitary! The bathrooms are not cleaned every day like they should and barely have toilet paper,paper towels and never any soap in there! Reeks of bad body odor, very unclean food location!!! The utensils are cleaned and sanitized like they should be!! Food is never at temp!!!! Customers have seen employees with their phones sitting on the food line watching shows on their phone,smh!! Customers have seen employees go smoke a cigarette outside or smoke weed come back inside and not wash their hands! So filthy! Also, employees would come to work drunk! I asked for extra cheese and extra avocado ranch sauce, I get neither and the chicken was old and hard!!!! Do reconsider going to this location, by far the worst store I have been at where I have seen too much! ZERO STAR!!!!

  Dude in the drive thru got all pissy with me for saying hell no to the drive thru ai and said that “he already told us once to not curse at the ai” and said “I remember faces” when I said I have never talked to this dude a day in my life and with the window open was shit talking me to his co worker on his headset. Guy needs to learn how to talk to people.

  I came through the drive thru to get breakfast at 9:50am and was told they aren’t serving breakfast now. This has happened to me 3 previous times. It is very frustrating to be told breakfast is served daily but they don’t serve at the time advertised.
