Let me start by saying this review was edited bc previously I gave it 4 stars however this specific visit I was beyond disappointed with how things went. My son and I go thru drive thru always. We order the exact same thing every time and before this visit have had no issues. I order him the kids meal with a burger, plain, add cheese, along with a second kids burger, also plain, add cheese. We got home and my son took 2 bites he noticed the burgers although plain, did not have cheese. I called the store and asked if we could come back and swap them out for the correct items and the girl on the phone agreed. Now this wasn't convenient to begin with but if I wanted my son to eat it had to be done. Upon arriving back at the store the girl who I spoke to on the phone then proceeds to tell me that she cannot do anything but put cheese on the burger that wasn't partially eaten. I asked to speak to the manager to talk to her and she was no more helpful. When it was all said and done they added cheese to the one burger I brought back that wasn't bitten out of and then charged me to make another one! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO PAY FOR A MISTAKE THAT A RESTAURANT THEMSELVES MADE. NOT TO MENTION I'M NOT SURE I'VE EVER ACTUALLY HAD TO GIVE BACK THE INCORRECT OR PARTIALLY EATEN FOOD ITEMS, AS IT PROB GOES AGAINST HEALTH CODE! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! WHAT A JOKE!!

I have to be at work by 6:30 am every time I go there for breakfast at 6am they are not open/ I call the manager and she says I will take care of it. I guess she must be the one to open up the store. if you are not going to be open at 6 then change your time.
