  Waited in line that was past the speaker for 8 minutes before one vehicle moved. Then the lady taking the order had a little bit of sass when taking the order nothing too out of the ordinary though. We then get to the window and the lady who took my payment then slams the window, opens it again and hands me our shakes and slams the window again. She then opened the window and gave the card back with an attitude saying take your card and then proceeds to slam the window again. Once our food was done she opened the window and gave us our food and we left. The customer service at this establishment is non-existent. I contemplated even writing this review because tons of other reviews state the same thing. Also I checked because I didn’t want to write a review if maybe it was a one off circumstance I do get that people have bad days so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I was also hesitant because clearly management knows about this issue and they don’t care or don’t have the resources to correct these issues. This is not one employee this is culture issue. These complaints need to be looked into and it needs to start top to bottom. The food was good as it is across the board but leadership in these establishments needs to re-evaluate their culture and make necessary changes to re-build the sonic we all remember from back in the day. Go try this place and put what you thought hopefully they’ll consider some of the ideas in this long drawn out review but seriously go try them I hope the service changes and they become a powerhouse in the fast food chain again.

  It’s a sonic. They are a common and popular fast food restaurant and nothing special so you shouldn’t have high expectations and know what to expect. The service at this location SUCKS. I went the drive thru and I asked the girl taking my order what sauce was on the smasher burgers and she said the sonic smasher sauce. So I asked what exactly that was and she said she did not know. I then asked what it tasted like. There was an awkward several second silence and she said “I don’t know sorry”. I got to the window to pay for my food and she handed me a bag but no brownie blast. It turns out they did not include it in the order despite it being the first item I ordered and they acknowledged and asked me if I wanted anything else. The high school girl just stared at me and said what size. She charged me for it and I got it a few minutes later. The cheeseburger and tots I got were actually decent. The food here is like any other sonic but service is trash.

  Let me start by saying this review was edited bc previously I gave it 4 stars however this specific visit I was beyond disappointed with how things went. My son and I go thru drive thru always. We order the exact same thing every time and before this visit have had no issues. I order him the kids meal with a burger, plain, add cheese, along with a second kids burger, also plain, add cheese. We got home and my son took 2 bites he noticed the burgers although plain, did not have cheese. I called the store and asked if we could come back and swap them out for the correct items and the girl on the phone agreed. Now this wasn't convenient to begin with but if I wanted my son to eat it had to be done. Upon arriving back at the store the girl who I spoke to on the phone then proceeds to tell me that she cannot do anything but put cheese on the burger that wasn't partially eaten. I asked to speak to the manager to talk to her and she was no more helpful. When it was all said and done they added cheese to the one burger I brought back that wasn't bitten out of and then charged me to make another one! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO PAY FOR A MISTAKE THAT A RESTAURANT THEMSELVES MADE. NOT TO MENTION I'M NOT SURE I'VE EVER ACTUALLY HAD TO GIVE BACK THE INCORRECT OR PARTIALLY EATEN FOOD ITEMS, AS IT PROB GOES AGAINST HEALTH CODE! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! WHAT A JOKE!!
