Its fast food, but the food quality is better than most. Tots are hit and miss on quality, but the burger is why I go there.

I ordered hash browns in my breakfast burrito and I didn't get them. Not the first time they've messed up an order for me and if you go there in the morning you're going to be waiting a while.

If you could choose zero stars this would be the place for it. I had an employee event this morning so I picked sonic to buy them all breakfast. I pulled up to order and got a grunting mumble noise from the speaker. When I was done, no answer back. So I waited a bit, thought maybe the speaker was broken so I then rolled up to the window. Nobody came, no employees seemed to be around at all, it looked closed. I waited about 7 minutes at the window and decided nobody had taken the order. I had been here for 13 min total with no contact so I pulled out to head to wendys. Lazy bro then came out throwing his hands up when I went around the building. A simple hello and conformation of an order does not seem like a lot to ask. Looking at other reviews its clear it was not just me. Instead I got no communication and a bro throwing hands at me.

If I could give service a 0 I would. The last couple times I've had my husband go, not only do they explicitly do the opposite of what is requested *ex: removing or adding condiments*, but they are also so rude.... Tonight, not only did they not say a single word as they handed over the food and shut the window in his face, but when he tried to make sure he got everything that was ordered they completely ignored him.... Judging from the other reviews it's a running trend. If you can't live without sonic take the time and go to the location off 72nd Street. They're actually really nice there AND make your order correctly.
Just do yourself a favor and don't go to this location. The employees are down right miserably rude. I went around 2:30, there was literally no one else in sight, I was the only car and I ordered ahead of time. It took them 5 minutes just to answer the call box. Then another 15 minutes just to get my food. When the guy came to hand my my food, he didn't say a damn word. Not "hi" not "how are you today?" not "here's your order" not even a "go to hell". Just silent. I wasn't even sure I had gotten my full order, he just handed a bag to me, did a heel turn and left. I'm sorry me being a paying customer to your business is such a big problem. I didn't mean to bother you guys! Don't worry, I won't be back. Just like Wendy's, McDonalds, and others. You guys are on borrowed time, people barely want your kind of food these days as it is. Probably best not to make enemies with the few who still show up for your slop.
