  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked in in my Air Force Uniform and politely got in line. I didn't receive a response for 15 minutes of me standing in line. No acknowledgment that I was even in the store. It was so bad that another customer who had already ordered had to speak up and ask why I wasn't being served. Even with that the worker completely ignored him and continued to cook. Only after 25 minutes did I finally receive a response and to top it all off I got upcharged for the food. I usually never have problems as this is my chipotle of choice but this is completely unacceptable.

  New management is urgently needed at this location. I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve seen at any Chipotle Mexican Grill. What stood out most wasn’t even my own experience, but what happened immediately after. I placed my order with a staff member who then clocked out and left, as I was the last person in line at the time. Just a couple of minutes later, another customer, who appeared to be a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, stepped up to order and was left standing there for 17 minutes without being greeted or helped. During that time, a man I assume was the manager (glasses and mustache) was seen briefly interacting with employees and then disappeared from the front entirely. The only visible employee was a young worker managing the grill, who was clearly doing his best but had no ability to assist at the register. When I asked if someone could help the next customer, he responded, “my managers do that.” To be clear, this is not a reflection on the frontline staff. The issue is a complete lack of leadership and coverage. There was no one overseeing the front, no handoff when an employee left, and no urgency to serve waiting customers. The food itself was fine, but the level of service and organization raises serious concerns about how this location is being run. Customers are the foundation of the business, and the lack of attention here makes you question what else is being overlooked.

  We picked this Chipotle because it is conveniently located close to the highway, and we often pass through Omaha. The amount of salt used in the food was unbearable. I do not want to blame it entirely on the food, but my son became dehydrated, and we all did not feel well after eating it. Please feel free to adjust the spiciness and saltiness on the spot. The line got long, so we did not want to cause trouble (and we were in a rush), but this place has potential—it just needs to stick to the recipes already provided.

  As an avid lover of Chipotle, this was the worst experience I have ever had. When I walked in, I observed that the steak, chicken al pastor, and the chicken were all discolored and appeared to have been sitting on the line for over an hour. The chicken al pastor, normally red-ish in color, was completely black. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this location, but the management should not tolerate this. As a previous employee of chipotle, I know that chipotle stores are held to a higher standard and this store meets none of standards set. This place poses a health risk to all of its patrons and should be shut down before people get sick.
