  Service was horrible and slow. See sat for 30 minutes waiting for food and still didn’t get all the items we ordered. When we went to go confront and ask for the rest of the food it took them 10 minutes and mind you it was slow. When we finally got helped it took another 15 minutes just for two cheeseburgers. No one was wearing gloves from what I observed.

  I ordered my food and I got home there was no fries or my 2 cheeseburgers and I drove back and they where rued and I apologized multiple times to them for being a bother cuz I felt bad cuz they where super busy and the yelled at me and told me it was my fault and I asked how they ignored me and walked away and I paid 20 dollars for all of the food I got no refund or anything

  Usually this location is the better one in Kearney however today was a bummer. My mother found what looked like either a beard hair or a pube in her fries. Absolutely disgusting!

  Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg, with double bacon. Got home and the muffin wasn't toasted, and there was no egg. Took 10 minutes before anyone helped me at the register and got it remade and it got the egg but still wasn't toasted, and there wasn't extra bacon on it. Took another 10 minutes to get attention again and i apologized ror being a bother then they tried to argue with me and pick apart the sandwich like the bacon was hidden on it. I didn't even make them toast the bun I just wanted to go home and get the bacon I paid 4 dollars for at this point. Rude employees and apparently can't read or run a bunch toaster correctly. Go across town for McDonald's this place is awful every time

  Its McDonald's. Just like most others. The only to get a bad rating is if the employees are bad. The two employees that spoke to were awesome.
