The workers were kind and helpful but unfortunately sitting in the drive thru 30 minutes before even ordering and another 30 minutes to get our food was ridiculous. An hour. . . In a drive thru!! I now see why they built the drive thru with no way to escape the line and go somewhere else. Once you pull in you are stuck unless you want to jump a curb. That’s the only way anyone would sit there for AN HOUR for drive thru!! 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

When I got to the window the lady was to busy talking to help her staff. And really didn't have any remorse for me waiting in line that way. My total was 15 bucks. I waisted more than tha6 in gas. I will advertise for this taco bell and won't come back. That was not fast food and if I was you I would be so ashamed to have them as my staff...
