  Location has employee saying they are closed during business hours. It has happened to multiple times its to bad I like their food but the service is not up to the corp standards.

  Jimmy John’s never disappoints in both quality and customer service. I’ve been getting JJs several times a month for years now and 99% of the deliveries have always been quick or within reasonable time. Also, anytime a food item has been missing, they’ve always corrected it.
