  The store was so dirty counters, floor just a mess! This is the second time this week we have gone in and just so unclean!! Our to go order was 30 minutes late - 2 people working two on break and a line to the door and the drive thru to pick up orders not moving!! Get home chips are stale and no queso on my bowl - definitely going to lose business if they don’t clean things up!!

  Do not order via the app. They'll screw up your order 95% of the time. They are also out of veggies most of the time too.

  Poor service, workers had no clue how to make food. There were no veggies, white rice and no guac available. The place is open until 10 pm and it was only 8. We didn’t even have the option to wait for the food to be made because they didn’t give us the option. No napkins or lemonades left. Worst Chipolte I’ve ever been to in my life

  Chipotle consistently fails to deliver a decent product. You have probably the best concept in your category but regardless of which location I go to I am always disappointed. It’s usually a food quality issue. Tonight I went to the Chipotle in Kearney for a veggie bowl. I saw that there were no peppers or onions. I asked if they were going to have some ready soon. The tattoo-faced server who could barely formulate a sentence said they were out. I was the only customer in the place. At 5:00 in the evening they’re already running out of stuff. It makes me wonder what else they’re dropping the ball on that I can’t see. I need a decent fast-casual restaurant with healthy, whole foods that you actually want to eat. The Chipotle concept promises that, but they never deliver. I left without ordering anything. So disappointing.
