We ordered ahead for catering, they delivered on time, the food was correct, and the sandwiches were fresh & delicious!

Waited 45 mins for two sandwiches. One was the wrong thing entirely. The other needed meat they didn't have ready.

They didn't deliver everything on my order. I asked to soak to Syd. Was told he was on vacation and even if he wasn't they wouldn't make my order right. The customer isn't always right even if they are charged for it. Wake up Syd and hire people who have your back instead of throwing you under the bus.
