Not really lunch time!..I've never ever had fast food take longer than if I'd gone to a sit-down restaurant to get waited on. Normally eat-in, sit down restaurants have a 15-20 minute turnaround. I was trapped in the drive thru so couldn't really just drive away... very sad.. The tacos were ok but not a single napkin in the bag. I blame management for either not training employees well enough or not having the place staffed well enough! Feel sorry for your future, if this is the way you run your business. Hopefully you get it together!
