I arrived 5 minutes past the time they were supposed to be ready, and they had given my order to someone else. Irritating, but they were busy so understandable that they can't check everyone. So I was going to have the order remade, and all they had was wheat bread. Why would they be out of all the other bread choices at 6 pm? So I got a refund and went to Quiznos. Lodged a complaint with corporate, never heard anything for weeks. Then it was just an AI reply saying it has been resolved. No, it hasn't, in my opinion.
