Update: still doing a bad job, paying extra for a larger drink to get a soda with no syrup thats undrinkable.
Update: should not have gone back, cremated fries and incorrect orders, sticky packaged, so off putting and took 35 minutes after showing up on time for the mobile order.
Over two weeks ago I ordered a meal and a shake, they couldn't make the shake so I requested a refund, store couldnt and Ive been waiting weeks for an "escalation" because they are not set up for refunds? Today they kust got the order wrong and instead of going theough the app, tried to call. The pbone number doesn't work. So frustrating.
Updated: it was frustrating dealing with the corporate customer service and it took a month. But when the local/regional manager was given my information it was taken care of with one phone call, hopefully they get their number fixed in the future or the corporate service gets better. Thanks for handling it though.
