Sadly witnessed old man pretending to be the owner bully customers earlier today. Absolutely uncalled for rudeness about food request. Literally trying to engage in an agrument with everyone. It was nice to see his attempts at provoking the young beautiful couple fail epically. Never coming back as long as he's there. I will spread the word.

I never post about any restaurant on here. But today I had the worst experience ever. I went to Qdoba on Burlington. I started my order and looked at the meat which I could tell had been sitting there. I asked to try the steak. The guy making my order said you had steak last time you know what it taste like! I said no I normally get ground beef (which I do)! He said no lastime you got extra meat. I said yes which was ground beef. He said okay fine you can try the steak with a nasty look. (As if I would lie to get a piece of steak) I tried and then said I think I’ll pass on getting anything here. Said oh you not getting any food. Not with the way you just treated me no!! He then poured the cheese sauce he started for me back into the cheese container! Gross!!🤮 I have never met someone so rude and dismissive. He then started being argumentative with my bf for no reason. Has anyone else experienced anything like this there?

Lukewarm to cold food. Obviously used cooked meat from the day prior. Rice wasn't fully cooked and crunchy. What a waste of $15 in this economy, that doesnt stretch that far anymore. I'll never go back, to any location.

Had a pickup order and we asked for extra sour cream on a bowl that we ordered and also got a regular steak burrito. To my surprise there was jack crap for sour cream and put about two small lines on top for the "EXTRA" sour cream. On top of that i asked for extra protein in my burrito and regular queso and instead got a rice burrito with no cheese and barely any steak. Don't waste your time with pickup orders especially if you ask for extra. Save your time and money and just go somewhere else for Mexican food.
