To my surprise there was jack crap for sour cream and put about two small lines on top for the "EXTRA" sour cream. On top of that i asked for extra protein in my burrito and regular queso and instead got a rice burrito with no cheese and barely any steak. Don't waste your time with pickup orders especially if you ask for extra. Save your time and money and just go somewhere else for Mexican food.

I’ve given them three separate chances, and each visit managed to be worse than the last. The first two times, part of my order was simply missing—no explanation, no urgency, just negligence. I had to drive back across town twice to get what I had already paid for. That’s on me for giving them a second chance, but the third visit sealed it. What I received was a $20 burrito roughly the size of a credit card—an insult disguised as a meal. The staff wasn’t rude, just startlingly incompetent at executing the most basic parts of their job. After three failed attempts, I’m done. No more chances, no more wasted money, and no more settling for this level of indifference.
