Except when we use the app and set our order at the drive thru, we get scolded for not doing so earlier. I don’t understand. Are they going to make our drinks and let them sit for 15 minutes before we get there, or do they expect us to order as we’re driving? At this point I’m uncomfortable going to Dunkin because I have issues talking to people for my order and it’s also much easier to get a close look at the menu, as someone with glasses. This morning it was in a long line of cars, they had more than enough time to see our order before we told them the number, and yet we got scolded. You’ve lost a customer from me.
