AI dropped my order three times. THREE TIMES!!! Then, I down the store, of course they don't have my order and I have to wait longer, the manager was a rude and inconsiderate person. She shrugs her shoulders and says "we have no control over it." Just apologize, give me some extra goodies, and a human being for God's sake. No, instead I get $5 off which gets soaked away by taxes. Never ordering or eating here again. I suggest everyone does the same
