  At this point this is not something that happens just some days it happens all the time; rude lady at the interphone, slow service.... the list continues. But today, today was the cherry on the cake, I just gonna let the pictures talk for me

  Went on free cone day. The lady at the drive thru was rude. She was short with me and very disrespectful. I wanted to get more cones than people in the car. I didn’t know that was against the rules and instead of explaining nicely she sounded angry and pushed the ice cream cone out the window. Ice cream was good though

  Tried to order a birthday cake for my son I called a million times and no answer got there and the people didn’t know what to do or even know how to write on it not good for business

  Please stop hiring teenagers that don’t want to actually work until close and give you attitude when you show up. Based on other recent comments a bad attitude towards customers is common at this location and nothing is being done.

  I had ordered a royal New York cheese cake and when they gave it to me it was all melted and when the lady was going to flip it they started laughing and were saying not to because it would spill all over the ground and then a Hispanic lady kicked me out and started ignoring me when I asked them for a new one because it was bad. Then when I left with my royal New York cheese cake it didn’t have any cheese cake nor strawberry and the lady at the front counter was very rude about it and laughed at me.
