  Ordered 3 drinks and some fries on the mobile app. The app said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I pulled up at the exact time and checked in and proceeded to wait 20 mins, then pressed the button, no one answered. 10 mins later someone comes out to give my my order and she quickly hands me things and before I could say anything she leaves. My kids drink had 0 ice in it, and the other two barely had any either. Our food was cold, and the drinks were terrible. This was a very simple order, and with the time it took me to drive there after ordering it, the total wait time was 34 minutes.

  We just came through and ordered a shake. It was completely melted. Clearly something was wrong here. If I wanted melted ice cream I would have asked for it.

  I think you need to change the name of this store because it is the slowest, fast food restaurant in the entire county. Every time I come here, they make me wait at the speaker 15 minutes and then I wait near drive through for another fifteen, something has to give here. Might be time to try new staff

  Had a very simple 2 drink order turn into having them move us over to a different stall on the other side of the lot for whatever reason. super rude with our order. Very snappy and demanding. Just shoved the drinks at us and said “here’s that” If you’re looking for a relaxing chill night don’t come to the Gretna location. The bad attitude and entitled workers will ruin your night.
