  Awful night staff somehow always messes up the order or forgets something and this location has a special needs woman on register at night that doesn't know how the ordering speaker relays their words to customers that likes to walk off and will make you wait in line even though they have spaces for people to wait management really needs reworked or replaced all together for night time staff tbh if it gets to this point for restaurants its really bad. They are lucky day shift are polar opposites to them the day staff is actually competent and know how to act for fast food worker and this is coming from a fast food worker from taco John's

  Fresh hot fries. Fresh hot crunchy nuggets. Fresh hot cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and hot. Everything on the order was correct including all the sauces I asked for. Best of all I got all my food fast with out having to park in the penalty box. I recommend this McDonald's over the other two in town. Especially the south locust one. They take forever to get you cold food.

  Ordered online we were the only car in the drive-through. They asked us to pull around the building and wait for our food. It’s been 20 minutes. Had to leave to go to a appointment didn’t get our food. Update as I was pulling out they came to my car gave me my food. It was wrong then they gave me a card for Buy one Mc griddle get a second free no thank way to many other choices.

  Ordered a 5 dollar meal for dinner with 2 pies absolutely disgusting bun was wet greasy normally aren't soggy nasty cold mcdouble nuggets not edible felt like biting dry leather no crunch at all cold fries cold soggy only thing edible was the pies then they get a attitude saying screen said small fry not medium uncharge which obviously they read wrong screen no surprise lol its McDonald's need a 3rd window to fix your order also why does it cost more at 2nd and south locust McDonald's for the same exact meal almost 50 cents more what we gotta pay for your new building that's gonna be gross inside soon like 2nd street especially here's proof they tried shorting me small fry huh? Looks like medium to me thx I know why I really don't eat McDonald's or burger king anymore food quality is crap unless in big city like Omaha or in Lincoln even they don't need more pay they need to learn to read and do thier jobs right its not hard ive worked thier in my mid 20s
