    Came in at 1pm on a Saturday and they were putting truck away. Huge line in the lobby and in the drive-thru so I understood service would be slower than usual. But after waiting 25 minutes for my food I was still missing a side of fries and ranch, so I asked the gal putting orders together. She told me to wait, and put two other orders together. The 2nd person told her she should have completed my order before his, she said she did, it was just missing stuff. He told her that's not a completed order then. She said she's just doing her job. I told her that I understood but I had been waiting 25 minutes for my food at this point and she told me "that's not my problem" very rudely. I told her that it kindof was, and she said no she's just the sandwich maker so no it wasn't her problem. Another employee stepped in and told her to calm down and got me the things I was missing. The food was fine, albeit my special instructions for no mayo weren't followed, but I get it they are busy and tensions are high and things get missed. But there is absolutely no excuse to be rude to someone who is politely asking you to fix an order you messed up on.

    First off I get to the drive through there is one car in the whole parking lot still takes them 5 minutes (not exaggerating) to even be ready to take my order I read directly off the menu what I want a 4 piece French toast.even though I read exactly word for word what's on the menu I get told by the GM of the store that they don't have that so many red flags right off the bat I just drove off. Employees don't know what's on there own menu and they can only serve one car every 5 minutes no wonder you work in fast food

    The female leaving building last night at 12 was playing on the intercom and her friend was in the drive thru who cute in front of me btw so I will no longer buy Wendys from state street.

    Complete waste of time and money. They couldn't take a simple order and after 20 minutes waiting they came with a wrong order, they told us they will gave us the right order and after 15 minutes waiting we had to go with no food an no money cuz they couldn't make a simple order of 3 sandwiches and two coffees. If you're willing to waste your time, go to Wendy's
