I waited for a long time and the employee was just seen standing then walking around. She looked at my vehicle and continued walking away. Terrible services.

Orders are often wrong or missing, sandwiches burned, and no effort made to correct mistakes. Staff are unfriendly, unmotivated, and act inconvenienced by customers. One older woman who is there almost every time I visit seems like she must be the manager simply because she shows up — but she sets a very poor example and clearly needs significant customer service training. You’re lucky if anyone greets you, acknowledges your order, or delivers basic service. The only positive is that the dining area is usually clean(ish), and the cashier with purple hair at least verbally communicated. This shop desperately needs new leadership and serious retraining.
