- JJJen JenJan 26, 20261.0The reviews were accurate. The employee didn’t know how to properly fold the protein wrap and didn’t even ask if I wanted it toasted. The new protein wrap doesn’t allow any added vegetables—it’s sold as-is, and this location is unreasonably strict compared to other Subways. The staff member seemed annoyed by basic questions and even sighed. Very unprofessional customer service. If you expect polite or friendly service, avoid this location.

Honestly I’m not sure what’s going on there but I would not recommend stopping here for subway, she was either on something or needs help.

After every small step she just stood there for a minute, like she wasn’t sure what to do next. I don’t know what’s going on, but it was really frustrating to watch. The service definitely needs improvement.
