The only issue I’ve ever had here was some simple forgotten lettuce on a mobile order but I just walked in and asked for a little cup of some. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I probably come here 2-3x a month. Vibes are good and the food is always delicious and hot! :)

We just used queso from Sam’s Club that we already had. I called the store and I asked for a refund even just a gift card would do. They offered to bring it to us however I had explained to them that we had already eaten so I would just like my money back in gift card form or back on my card. The girl working said she would have her manager call tomorrow. When I talked to her she kept avoiding the issue so I called her back 3 times 3 different days the best she could do was a free entree. I finally got her to give me my money back on my card almost a week later and an email to corporate.
