  I love their sandwiches. They did make an error but immediately corrected it and I was able to keep the incorrect one as well. Sandwiches are enough for 2 meals.

  Delivery driver asked for a tip which is very unprofessional and I felt like I was forced to give one. I would have been happy to give one if they didn’t demand it. Either train your employees right or replace them with decent people

  If you want to sandwich, the sandwiches are always good.And the bread and the bread is good.

  Jimmy John’s is the best sub sandwich in Grand Island and the Hinterlands. The single type of bread has fallen. Toasted sandwiches are in now. However, KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid) rules in food though which accounts for the existence of #10 on the menu. Just a SIMPLE (!!!!) roast beef sub! Alert! It doubles the meat w/o complicating things. 🧐 I sure hope JJs is not abandoning their “simplicity style “.

  Orders wrong, people coming back. People not getting text messages to say order is ready. Overstaffed, no one cleaned tables the entire time. Using phones then going right back to tasks. No handwashing after using cell phones. Disgusting long nails on staff. Will NOT return to this location.
