  I pre ordered for the next day and it came out 15 dollars but the next day it came out 70 which is dumb this is why you don't pre order the next day

  Incredible how mediocre this place is for all the advertising dollars they spend. They have different (translation: worse) deals in restaurant than they do online and won't honor online deals for dine-in. The food comes out lukewarm at best. The boneless wings are obviously breaded in a factory somewhere and shipped in. They were tough and dry. The ranch dressing tastes like a bad off-brand and you can bet it's mostly soybean oil. On top of all that, they didn't even have Nebraska Volleyball on and refused to do so. Honestly I was flabbergasted. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that our waitress was pleasant. I hope some top down transformation happens in this company soon. It's sorely needed.

  This is THE WORST Buffalo Wild Wings ever. I ordered the 5 piece tenders with fries and a beer. The beer was the only thing done right. She asked me if I wanted any dip and I said, "Just blue cheese.". She offered any other wing sauce as a dip and I said, "No thank you.". She came back out with COLD naked tenders and the brownest, most coldest french fries I have ever ordered. It was almost like they served me leftovers. It was after 10 pm. When I asked her why she served me cold food, she had the nerve to say," Thems naked tendies take longer to make..." I wish there was a ZERO star button.

  Terrible service, long wait, got takeout, took an extra 15 minutes on to log the already 45 minute quoted wait time for food. As I was waiting at the takeout station, one employee said “sorry for the wait, but everyone else has to wait too… so..” when I got back with my takeout the burgers were room temp at best, and we were missing the Mac and cheese. Called to get a refund, pointed out I was missing the Mac and cheese, the manager said she would refund me, and that they were down 3 fryers so they were just trying their best, unsure how the fryers being down affected the Mac and cheese not getting in my bag.. a lot of excuses and no genuine apology.
