As I was waiting at the takeout station, one employee said “sorry for the wait, but everyone else has to wait too… so..” when I got back with my takeout the burgers were room temp at best, and we were missing the Mac and cheese. Called to get a refund, pointed out I was missing the Mac and cheese, the manager said she would refund me, and that they were down 3 fryers so they were just trying their best, unsure how the fryers being down affected the Mac and cheese not getting in my bag.. a lot of excuses and no genuine apology.
