  I asked for a black tea with lemonade and strawberry and all it tasted like was strawberry like no lemonade and black tea it should not be that red it should still be little more black . And the second drink did not tast right And when taking our oder you should be much nice to paying customers and not have Attitude when customers are adding stuff for their drinks I work at a coffee shop I would know I was not happy with my experience.

  My husband ordered a hot coffee, the lid was not on and it spilled all over him and the car. We asked for napkins and she came back casually and was trying to hand us our other drinks. She handed the same hot drink and the lid would not stay on and she said, Yes, our cups are not very good. We just asked for an iced one. The other drink also didnt have the lid on tight. She was not remorseful nor acted like it was a big deal. Poor customer service.

  Shoutout to Jess at 7 Brew! She did an amazing job helping me figure out exactly what kind of drink I like. She was patient, knowledgeable, and had such a great attitude the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about giving great customer service. Jess made the experience fun and easy—she’s a gem! I’ll definitely be back.

  I go to 7brew every day in Kearney. I had to work in Grand Island today so I was like… can’t go wrong getting a coffee before work. I was soooo WRONG! We ordered a matcha latte and a “Samoa” blondie both iced. They remade the drinks wrong 3 TIMES. We finally left without the right drinks still. My blondie had no drizzle or coconut and my matcha latte somehow changed into a grape 7energy. Absolutely the worst visit ever.
