  Love Arby's, but walked in at 3:20 on a Saturday. One couple eating in lobby. No employees present, stood at counter for 3 minutes and nobody was seen from staff. Turned around and walked out without anyone ever noticing. Makes me wonder if they are that aware of customers...what is hand washing, food safety and overall safety for customers is ????

  Has to be the all star crew in gi at being incompetent lazy and rude as possible right after saying the normal welcome line ending with order whenever ready waited 10 seconds before asking in an annoyed voice if I was ready to order and after that its plainly obvious the kitchen was either being petty or lazy or both because I got a number 6 just mayo with a large curly fry and Dr with a large shake and they put a normal drink lid on the shake with a normal drink straw couldn't understand what just mayo meant so they put everything on it so basically if you want grade schoolers in charge of your meal eat at Arby's on Webb road they will make it there duty to mess your food up and make you realize other places would've been a better choice

  What happened to Arbys beef. Ordered a French dip and it was inedible. Tasted like it 2as boiled in sea water, so salty I was gagging. Didn't even dip in AuJus... Drive thru was prompt and courteous. Stripped the beef at home and added broth, it was still a salty soup!
