  What has this once good restaurant come to what a disaster order a crunch wrap supreme on my own because we now have to place our own orders doing their job for them while they stand around in a group in back laughing and gossiping all the while we're paying significantly more for a trash product with no service to top that they actually forgot to even put the meat in as the crunch wrap supreme insert golf clap here you had one job literally and you failed and you think your worth a $15 hr wage what an absolute joke I now remember why I quit coming here in the first place

  if I could give this place a zero Stars I would. I waited in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes. people were complaining about how long it took. on top of that the crunchwrap supreme was soggy wrap supreme because we were waiting in line so long. and they forgot to put spices on it.

  I swear taco bell needs better staff I ordered my food and when I went to go pick it up the worker closed 20 mins early and my order said almost ready . Unacceptable 2 times already will be taking my business else where
