  Was terrible experience...wait on chicken 15 min...sat down thought they would let us no when we could stay up a head of people in line but nooo l see they are now serving chicken stand up and ask why she answer really busy...she knew we where there. Told us we should of stood in line again...basically it was our fault...bad l was taught the customer is right and you try to right...l worked at Burger King when l was teenager...know busy but you should be ready for lunch rush.

  First time going to this location overall the food was good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was horrible all the tables where dirty from others before. I asked if I could get a clean table that wasn't provided. I wiped my own table clean. As I was sitting there eating the staff was not busy during the time I was there and not one of them attempted to clean any of the other tables that was messy the trash was overflowing. Just very unsanitary and for what I paid wasn't worth that amount. Won't be returning or recommend it to anyone.

  Severely unhappy - Ordered double protein on 2 burritos got charged for both, but only got it on one. The Chips were old and stale. The worst part of it was the kids meal oranges were inedible(ROTTEN). The burritos were not fully wrapped in the foil leaving them exposed only God knows what before getting to us. I must have not been to a Chipotle in a long time, because the "large" bag of chips and cheese we ordered were not so large.

  extremely disappointed to do an online order, receive my queso but no chips? even tho stated on receipt for a large side of chips. this isnt the first time this location is forgetful it seems the nightshift starts lacking accountability. 50$ later and all that we can eat is the bowls. not the dips we paid for. the 8min drive from chipotle to my home and our food was cold, as if it had been sitting for hours. after calling the store and getting the run around, we were sent two coupons we have 30days to use. why would i come back to an establishment that cant fill an order correctly? who adds dips but no cheese? fremont already doesnt have many fast food places, its sad to see one have no pride in their business.
