  I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but my orders have been messed up every single time I’ve come here. I order the same things and they taste completely different each time. We got two of the blended ocean breeze drinks, and they looked like completely different drinks. One of them had the liquid completely separated from the ice of the “slushy” part. One was sugar free, but I’ve gotten it sugar free before and it was a normal slushy consistency. Other times the flavor is either non-existent or completely wrong, or there is so much ice in the cup that you only get a few sips before it’s gone. It’s just disappointing because we come here to get a fun little treat, but always leave feeling like we have wasted money :(

  New place. A cell phone is required to view their menu and place the order - whaaaaaat?! Thank goodness a young woman gave us a paper copy and took our order - or we would have driven away. Evidently, they have any slushy/iced drink flavorings you want, and in multitudes of combinations. Packaged muffin tops is their solo food offering... unheated and still in their cellophane wrapping (processed, but tasty).

  I’ve gone to this location 3 times. Each time I am suprised by the lack of customer service by the employees and knowledge about the products. The first time I went I was handed my drink with HAIR attached to it. This past time I went, I waited in line for a long time considering there weren’t many cars, just took them that long to take my order. Drink was so poorly I couldn’t drink more than a fourth of it. I love 7 Brew, this is the only location where I have consistently gotten bad service and drinks.

  So Ellie helped me pick a drink sweet and salty with an extra shot. So good she didn’t lead me astray. Lol. I was having a bit of a crazy day. Girl taking my order was soooo sweet I even had to show her a picture of my grand dog. Lol. We will come through soon as they are coming to NE so you can see them in person. Such friendly service and delicious coffee.

  I gave two stars because I feel bad giving one star when the people that work there are nice. But, I've been there a few times now and I'm never given the right order. I tend to always get a matcha with oat milk and lavender flavoring, but I've never had it be right. From what I've experienced, I either get no flavoring at all or a completely different flavor altogether. I never have time to turn around and get my order fixed because I only go when I need caffeine and dont have time to go to an actual café, so it's always upsetting when my order is wrong. Today I ordered what I always do, but they clearly put toasted marshmallow instead of lavender flavoring in my drink. I was so tired I drank half of it for the caffeine, but what I did drink tasted nasty because that flavor doesn't go well with matcha in the first place and I don't like that flavor very much in general. Again, the people that work there seem very nice and the atmosphere is so welcoming and happy, it would just be great if I could get what I ordered, instead of something different.
