So at the thirty minute mark, I go in to pick up the order. No one is in the store front. I hear someone in the kitchen I holler twice. no response so I wait and wait . I grab some vinegar packets and napkins. a man walks in and she waits on him first an leaves me standing there. I tell her I ordered on line. she claims she never got the order. Well I got the charge. she makes the salads . didnt get the olives nor parm or spinach. asked for oregano got pepper. the green bell peppers were not green. couldnt get a fork nor a bag. For 25 dollars I never felt so slighted in my life. cant file a complaint online or by phone. That is by design. I wont be returning. gross negligence doesnt begin to cover it . the condiments were empty too. So bummed.
