After a 15-year absence, I was pleased to discover upon my return that it was still in operation. I have since revisited on several occasions, and each visit evokes a sense of nostalgia. While it is unfortunate that Pizza Hut no longer offers a salad bar and buffet, it does not significantly impact my experience as I typically do not dine there for lunch. I sincerely hope this location continues to thrive. Despite opinions to the contrary, I have had the opportunity to visit numerous Pizza Hut establishments across Minnesota and the East Coast, and I can confidently say that this particular location offers the highest quality. The pizza is consistently well-prepared, never excessively greasy, overly pliable, or undercooked. It simply offers a consistently good Pizza Hut experience. While I do not have a strong affinity for Pizza Hut in general, much like my feelings towards McDonald's, I hold this specific location in high regard and hope for its continued success.

Sad to say that neither myself or family will be eating there again. Sucks because dining options are limited in Fairbury.
