- LSLainee SnowardtApr 4, 20261.0Went in last night and ordered a quesadilla. Was told that there is a "new rule that quesadilla's are not served after 8pm". Apparently because of something to do with the quesadilla grill? Part of me wonders if these workers turned off the grill early so they could get out of there earlier once they closed. If this happens to be a real rule, I'd love to know why. I left and went to a different location.
- JJJasmineApr 2, 20261.0Tried to order through the app. The drive thru sign was down but cars were at window so we figured they were just doing pickup. No signs anywhere to indicate they weren't accepting orders. After we were stuck in that line for 30 minutes we finally got out after the cars in front gave up. Nobody came to the window. Went inside and the pickup area was not clearly marked. Eventually they did have people split into mobile order pickup and to stay orders but still were not able to provide orders in a timely fashion. They ignored multiple calls. I reached out to corporate as well and have yet to receive a response. All in all we have waited OVER AN HOUR for food (app stated food would be ready in 8-18 minutes). *UPDATE -Apparently the manager is refusing to help the team get orders ready, and they sure as heck aren't answering the phone. *SECOND UPDATE -we found out part of the issue was they ran out of chicken and guacamole but then they still wouldn't resolve this when we were in building and willing to accept substitutions. One person had waited on their order for over TWO HOURS. We ended up leaving WITHOUT food after waiting over an hour but were NOT able to get a refund as of the time of the review.
