- TBTony BuccheriJan 15, 20261.0Horrible location. Just horrible. The people working were difficult to understand and barely spoke English. I was in line for literally over an hour and there were only 7 cars in front of me. I made the mistake of thinking it was going to improve. It didnt. I took out my phone and timed each car. The fastest took 6 minutes, the longest took 15. You read that right. It took 15 minutes to serve 1 car. Inside was no better. Had I not placed and paid for the order via the app, I would have left. When I did finally get to the window, no apology, no greeting, just handed me my bag of food and disappeared before I could even say a word. When I finally got home it was well past dinner time. The quality of the food was terrible and the order was incorrect. I filed a complaint with Corporate but big surprise, no response. But all you need to do is look at all the negative ratings. The positive ones must be friends and family of the franchisee. No way this location can be rated 5 stars. Or maybe I was in an alternate universe. By contrast, the location just down the road off of 180th and Center is excellent. Service, food quality, accuracy, all on point. I won't be returning to this location to see if they have improved, I'm sure that will be the case for everyone who experienced what I did on my visit and there were a lot of cars, and just as many (smarter than me) who saw the parking lot and just kept driving. Nightmare.
