I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes with no follow-up. Since no one came out, I went inside to pick up the order myself. I saw an employee—who identified herself as Sarah—having a casual conversation with another customer. When I finally got her attention, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. She simply said, “What’s the name?” then retrieved my order and slammed it on the counter without another word, immediately returning to her conversation. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated that she was the only one working. I told her I was not happy with how I was being treated, but she completely ignored me and continued interacting with the other customer. No apology, no resolution, no professionalism. I ended up giving the food back and walking out, as I didn’t feel comfortable giving my business to a location that treats customers this way. I also took a photo, as I’m not confident she gave me her real name. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses it appropriately.
