Two times At the drive thru board, even said allergic to peanuts, and at the window twice. THEY SAID NO. I took a bite, and IMMEDIATELY tasted a peanut. Currently having an allergic reaction, and tried calling FOUR TIMES. No one is answering, and it doesn’t close for another 30 minutes. I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the service here, and you’ll be lucky if I don’t get law involved. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. ran by a bunch of incoherent teenagers that can’t do their damn job.

The sundae was no better. Looked and tasted like straight whipped topping not ice cream. Runny and tasteless. Used to be a good place to eat. Not so much now apparently.

I just got the standard burger and fries with a cookie dough blizzard. Everything tasted good. I neglected to grab ketchup packets, Amy, the one who took my order & delivered my food was kind enough to grab some for me. I had a very good experience with this Dairy Queen.

There was a softball game and everyone there got their orders correct, extremely fast, and no one missed anything and gael made sure everyone had a wonderful expirence! Good job to everyone there. That was so unreal, almost like something you'd see once in a lifetime 😂 and genuinely I don't think I will ever see such wonderful performance from another fast food restaurant. GOOD JOB!!!
- KOKayse OdmanAug 8, 20251.0Honestly this location sucks. I am always charged more for extra mix-ins that I order in my favorite blizzard through the summer. They add the extra mix-ins MAYBE half the time. I can tell when it's there and when it's not. Multiple times I've called to complain and they write my name down and give me a free one but I literally drive to the farther location on lakeside now because I'm tired of giving them chances. I started asking this location at the window if they put they extra in and they always pull it back and say no they didn't but they charged me. Sometimes they say it's in there but the window kid doesn't actually know, just trying to shoo me on my way through the drive through because then I find that it's not. Also I get a bottom half of the cup with no mix ins at all. Annoying.
