  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I’ve given this place a bunch of chances but I’ve finally had enough. They consistently mess up your order, the portions are horrible, and the staff are unhelpful/ straight up rude. They act like they don’t want to be there and it shows. Oh, and want a burrito after 6pm? Might as well give up. The last time they ran out of BROWN RICE at 6:30pm and said they won’t make any more. The steak didn’t look the best but I trusted them in them saying it was fine. The burrito they gave me they scraped the rice out of the bottom, gave me the questionable steak, and when I took a bite I almost threw up. Had to throw the burrito in the trash. Do better Chipotle this place is a disgrace!!! Go to any Chipotle in omaha other than this one I’ve had nothing but good experiences elsewhere

  I'll tell you what, when it's just you and your girl in the middle of the night, and you guys are up late eating I mean watching movies because that's what you do and you have forgotten to eat dinner, you order Chipotle cuz they're one of the only people that are open in the middle of the night. I will never ever do that again with this store. Everything we ordered was screwed up and not only that they put some kind of hot sauce on both me and my chicks food that was so excruciatingly hot We couldn't even I couldn't even take more than one or two bites of the whole thing. It took her three full days to finish that food. None of our chips came with the order, I ordered specifically two separate chips and dip I ordered one queso and cheese and chips and one guacamole and chips and neither one came. It's kind of hard to argue with somebody in the middle of the night. And when they had already dropped it off. This store here is a joke. I've been to other ones and California and they were great. Not this one. I don't know what else to say? I guess I can just leave it at that because that's what I know.

  Have done two large catering orders in the last few months. First time tortillas and sauces were missing. The most recent order had a third of the order missing- mostly all refrigerated stuff. No one answered the phone and even after spending 15 min with customer support, they also could get no one from the store on the phone. I had to go back to the store and then get all the missing items. Food tasted great once everything was picked up- but 0 for 2 attempts on service and reliability.

  Im sort of a regular at this Chipotle but I always have a great time talking with the staff, some truly kind people who remember my order every time, never had a restaurant treat me more like a human, great work y'all keep it up best Chipotle in the chain. Btw I have never done a review on a restaurant but this one deserves it!!!
