  I went through line in car coaster day, the lady who helped me rude and unwelcoming. I asked to give her my number for points. She said they weren’t doing that. I have been numerous times and I know they take phone number. Then as I pull away she goes to her co worker and starts mocking me. I love the seven energy and am usually greeted with kindness(kindness cultivates) not today, my interaction was insincere and rude. So now I’m missing four drinks worth of points!

  I am giving the amount of stars I am because I love 7brew, but this specific store always seems to have issues with their rewards system. I’ve gone a number times in the last 2 weeks and they state they cant take my number because it’s down resulting in me having to email to get my points. I’ve now gone out of my way to Fremont because they never have issues with their rewards system. Not sure if they don’t want to take numbers because maybe it saves time?? I would figure that if this was an ongoing issue it would have been resolved by now.

  I got there at 9:15 and I waited in line for an hour. It is now 1015 and they refuse to give me my order after they made me wait in line for an hour. Don’t go there late. I thought that would be better than this.

  I’ve been going to 7 brew for a while now and have always felt disappointed every time I go to this specific location. Either they’re out of products like syrups or like today they were out of the fizz or they never give me light ice when I order it like that. Honestly I love the 7 brew in Fremont, lines are never long, they’re rarely out of anything and they always make my drinks right!!!!

  Y'all usually do me good, but not this time unfortunately. If my chiller gets made into an ice coffee on accident, they'll just throw more ice in it and blend it up so they don't have to start over. Multiple locations have done this to me. It does not taste the same and when I'm waiting in line for 30+ minutes to get my coffee it's a pretty big disappointment. My bf drove off before I could mention the mistake and now I'm stuck with a pretty lame coffee that is super watered down because of all the extra ice blended into it. It's not like we can spend an hour and a half getting coffee.
